Quarterback Justin Herbert, who was projected to be a likely top-10 pick in the 2019 draft, announced he will return to Oregon for his senior season. Herbert threw for 2,985 yards and 28 touchdowns as a junior. He has thrown for a touchdown in 27 straight games, the longest active streak. He is 96 yards shy of 7,000 career aerial yards.
