(Gresham, OR)  --  A man suspected of holding up a Chase Bank in Gresham is behind bars.  Police say 29-year-old Roman Rogelio Mendez robbed the bank on Northeast Hogan Drive in Gresham on January 5th.  Investigators believe Mendez also held up the Northwest Priority Credit Union on Southeast Division Street in Portland on January 16th.  He was arrested yesterday at a hotel in Northeast Portland.
