(North Plains, OR)  --  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a man whose body was found inside a burning home following a standoff with police shot himself to death.  Deputies say 30-year-old Brian Olson is believed to have shot and critically wounded 24-year-old James Crandall during a dispute Wednesday at the home in North Plains.  Olson was later engaged in an hours-long standoff with police until the house erupted in flames after tear-gas canisters were thrown inside.  The cause of the fire hasn't been determined.
