(Portland, OR)  --  An arrest was made after several Portland Police horses were released from their stables.  Authorities say the animals were let loose last night from stables on Northwest Naito Parkway, after a 24-year-old man broke into the barn.  Five horses that got out of the building were later safely located.  The suspect is expected to face burglary charges.
