(Portland, OR)  --  A woman who's accused of hitting a man with her vehicle in Southeast Portland and driving away is now in custody.  Police say 27-year-old Ariel Neuman ran into 21-year-old Jordan Jackson yesterday morning with her Volkswagen Beetle, in the area of Southeast 30th and Steele.  Police say Jackson was found lying in the street, but is expected to survive his injuries.  Neuman was booked for third-degree assault, felony hit-and-run, DUII, and reckless driving.
