(Longview, WA)  --  A Longview man is being treated for serious injuries after he shot himself while in a courthouse parking lot, following a hung jury at his trial.  Cowlitz County sheriff's deputies say 72-year-old Cleon Moen grabbed a shotgun out of his vehicle and shot himself in the head yesterday, after a mistrial was declared in the case of misdemeanor assault-domestic violence against him.  Authorities say a note was found in which Moen wrote of having marital problems and intending to shoot himself.
