(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Investigators say smoldering cigarettes were the cause of a fire that killed one person and injured three at a Milwaukie apartment.  The blaze was reported around 12:30 Saturday morning at the Lake Crest Apartments.  The building was evacuated, and several people had to be carried to safety.  The Red Cross says it's providing assistance to nearly three-dozen residents of the apartment building.
