The Waldorf School of Bend is hosting an informative curriculum meeting on Thursday, July 24^th from 11am – Noon at Gigglybops. Children can play free at Gigglybops or join parents in the meeting. First grade teacher, Laura Elmore, will discuss how your child’s learning can go beyond academics, meeting children for their unique capabilities. If your child is struggling with attention concerns, you will also want to explore how Waldorf education might be the right fit.

Laura Elmore has taught at the Waldorf School of Bend as a kindergarten assistant, preschool teacher, first grade teacher, and a Waldorf alumni group teacher. She is also attending the Miche-al Institute in Portland, Oregon to complete her Wal­dorf teaching certification.
