President Obama says he wants to appoint a Supreme Court Justice with judicial empathy.  Lewis and Clark Law School Dean Robert Klonoff knows nominee Sonia Sotomayor - and he understands what the President is talking about.  Klonoff says her own life experiences have giver her a great understanding about people who have struggled and endured hardships.  Klonoff and Sotomayor were Yale Law School classmates.
