A Washington State man is arrested after his handgun accidentally discharges while he is loading it at a Bend motel.  The 40-caliber bullet propelled through three motel rooms before ending up on a desk chair in the third room.  No one is injured.  David Wayne Baker, 46 of Port Orford, Washington, faces a charge of reckless endangerment and unlawful discharge of a firearm after the incident at the Best Western Motel on Third Street around 6am Tuesday.
