Three finalists have been selected for consideration to be appointed to fill the remainder of late Bend City Councilor Bill Friedman’s term. 16 people had submitted applications, and councilors Thurssday pared that down to just three. The finalists are Jodie Barram, Don Leonard, and Robin Vora. Barram and Leonard ran unsuccessfully in this month’s election for the council. Personal interviews of the final three will be conducted Monday at 2 PM with the final selection expected soon thereafter.
