The city of Redmond and Deschutes County have a short-term bailout plan to keep the doors open for the Redmond Humane Society until August 15th.  The Shelter's board now needs to come up with a long-term plan to stay afloat.  Part of the short-term plan includes the City of Redmond pre-paying for some services.The plan came out of a meeting with county commissioners and city officials yesterday afternoon.
