Next Friday is National HIV Testing Day. The Deschutes County Health Department is offering free HIV testing to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. They will be using the “rapid” HIV test that produces results within 20 minutes. The free tests will be available from 10 am until 7 pm at the Deschutes County Health Department downtown Health Center at 1128 NW Harriman on a walk-in basis—until all of the appointment slots are filled. Get there early.
