Volunteers will be put up flags on the Veterans Memorial Bridge today as a tribute to 24-year old Jessica Ellis. The Bend resident was killed Sunday by an I-E-D in Iraq. She is the first woman causality in Iraq from Central Oregon in the last two years. The flags are flying from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM today.
