The City of Bend has hired a new communications director to replace Andrea McCullough who resigned to take a position in California. Justin Finestone has been the communications director for Eagle County, Colorado since January of 2006. Finestone was one of 62 applicants for the post. Bend Interim City Manager Eric King says Finestone will bring a good mix of strategic planning and experience in managing communications for the city.
