250 Central Oregonians turn out to hear former president Bill Clinton stump for wife, Hillary, for the Democratic nomination for president. He says she is the best candidate to fix the nation’s health-care system and put America back to work. Clinton says the nation’s challenges are to restore economic growth by rebuilding the middle class, as well as getting the country out of the Iraq war. Bill Clinton spoke yesterday at a middle school in Redmond.
