Beginning today, construction is underway for the new Campus Center at Central Oregon Community College. No buildings are going up yet, but a lot of dirt is being moved around and that is causing traffic delays today on Loop Road. Phone lines also are being worked on today and much of the campus will be without phone service this afternoon . In addition, internet service for the college will be down completely tomorrow morning . The construction projects will be ongoing over the next several months.
