A settlement with the Juniper Ridge Partners will be considered by the Bend City Council this week. City staff is recommending that councilors sign an agreement with the planning firm that did much of the work creating a master plan for the Juniper Ridge Project. Now, the city wants to take back control of planning and pay Juniper Ridge Partners for the work it completed. The agreed upon price tag is two-point-six million dollars.
